zs998 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "zs998" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service accessible at zs998.org, including all associated web pages, account dashboards, game lobbies, cashier systems, and support interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered by a User on the zs998 platform, used to access games, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the zs998 platform and is subject to this Agreement.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of all zs998 player accounts unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, matched deposit bonuses, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account by zs998 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by zs998 before processing any withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on the zs998 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zs998 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or regional law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of zs998 or any affiliated software or payment provider.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false registration details is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• You may hold only one (1) active Account on the zs998 platform at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security and activity of your zs998 Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must keep your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes) strictly confidential. zs998 staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised the specific action. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify zs998 support immediately via live chat.
• You must not share your Account with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must update your registered details promptly if any information changes — including your email address, phone number, or banking details.
• You must not use any automated software, script, bot, or exploit to interact with the zs998 platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents platform security.
• You acknowledge that zs998 may, at its sole discretion, monitor Account activity for security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on the zs998 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Approved payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Additional methods may be added or removed at zs998's discretion.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to the processing times of the sending institution.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• zs998 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Banking Policy available on the platform. Processing times may be extended where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed.
• zs998 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zs998 accepts no responsibility.
• zs998 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This may include a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, a recent bank statement, or a scanned copy of your CNIC.
• Any funds remaining in an Account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee as specified in the platform's current fee schedule.

zs998 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified per promotion. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared after the expiry period will be removed from the Account balance without notice.
• zs998 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where feasible. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be subject to the terms at the time of opt-in.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players must not attempt to claim multiple concurrent welcome bonuses or duplicate promotions.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and Account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process as defined herein.
• zs998 reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, or reverse bonus credits where a technical error, data entry mistake, or fraudulent claim has been identified.

All casino games available on the zs998 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and instant-win products — are governed by the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface:

• All game outcomes on the zs998 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer action verified by the relevant game provider's internal controls. zs998 does not alter game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the game provider for each title. Theoretical RTP figures are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and individual session results may vary substantially from the published theoretical figure.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects a game round in progress, zs998 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's balance. Wins accrued as a result of a demonstrable malfunction are void.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering. zs998 provides game-specific help screens and paytable information within every game interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. zs998 reserves the right to impose additional betting limits on individual Accounts at its discretion.

The following rules apply specifically to all sports betting markets available on the zs998 sportsbook, including cricket, football, and other sports:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. zs998 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). No subsequent amendments to official results will be recognised after the market has been settled.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and the current state of play at the time of acceptance. zs998 cannot guarantee the continued availability of any in-play market once it has been opened.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying period of play has been completed (as defined per sport in the platform's Sportsbook Rules supplement), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error (clearly incorrect pricing) may be voided at zs998's discretion, with the relevant stake returned to the Player's balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may be updated periodically.

zs998 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to this Agreement:

• The zs998 platform is strictly limited to Players aged 21 years and older. Registering on behalf of or assisting a minor in accessing the platform is a serious breach of this Agreement and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, and loss limits directly from their Account settings. These controls take effect immediately upon activation.
• Players wishing to take a temporary break may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via Account settings. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible for gaming and deposit activity.
• Players who require a longer break may self-exclude from the zs998 platform for periods of 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed before the specified period expires.
• zs998 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures — including deposit limit reductions, forced cooling-off periods, or Account suspension — on Accounts that show patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has self-identified as having a problem.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the zs998 platform, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party information.
• Using the platform to launder funds obtained through illegal activity, or making deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other Players, exploit of software vulnerabilities, use of automated betting tools, or any other unfair means.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or financial documents during KYC verification.
• Conducting chargeback requests against deposits that have already been wagered or withdrawn, or otherwise attempting to reverse legitimate transactions.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing zs998 accounts or account balances in any marketplace or private arrangement.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward zs998 support staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or other means of location masking in order to circumvent geo-restrictions or account-level restrictions.

zs998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where urgent action is required:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as set out in Section 09.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by the platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or collusion.
• Chargeback initiated by the Player or their payment provider against a zs998 transaction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon Account closure for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds, disputed amounts, and investigation costs may be returned to the Player at zs998's sole discretion following completion of any compliance review. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of closure for cause.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming may contact the support team via live chat. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following KYC confirmation, provided no outstanding disputes exist.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs998's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zs998 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service provider outages, payment processor downtime, or mobile network disruptions affecting JazzCash or EasyPaisa connectivity.
• Game malfunctions where a technical error has been identified and the relevant stake has been returned in accordance with Section 06 of this Agreement.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with the security obligations set out in Section 03 of this Agreement, including unauthorised access to the Account resulting from compromised credentials.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by zs998 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Key points regarding your data on the zs998 platform:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• zs998 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Transaction records and game history are retained for a minimum period required by applicable law and the platform's licensing obligations.
• You may request access to the personal data held by zs998 about your Account by contacting the support team. Requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines set out in the Privacy Policy.

zs998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zs998 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the zs998 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any eligible Real Money Balance.

The version of these Terms & Conditions displaying the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in effect and supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zs998 holds its operating licence. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunals of that jurisdiction.
